Hello, I'm Colleen!
I’m so excited you landed on this page and want to know more about me!
I’m a mountain girl through-and-through who grew up mostly in the small town of Hillsborough, NC graduating from Orange High School and heading straight to Appalachian State University to study nutrition. After flunking chemistry with flying colors, I fell back on my second passion - photography. I graduated in 2014 with my degree in Photography and ran full force into starting my own business. Honestly, in the work force there isn’t much better than being your own boss and having full control over your schedule!
Currently, I’m living in a small town about 45 minutes north of Raleigh with my husband Ryan, my daughter Sophie, and our two dogs. My husband also owns his own auto mechanic business so life around here is never boring!
As a photographer, I sincerely value the relationship I have with my clients. I genuinely want to get to know each and every one of you! Photography is so much more to me than simply taking photos. I’m absolutely IN. LOVE. with capturing the most memorable moments in my clients’ lives and I feel so beyond lucky to be able to do this for a living!
